Released in June 2018, this somewhat moody album features new songs, some with a slight electronic 80s vibe. It's moody because of various "issues" on the mind of the songwriter, all depicted in the songs. Climate change, political frustrations of the time, overuse of technology...you name it! The album dabbles in various genres and a few songs ("Ego", "Take in the View") were triggered by the 45th US president. "Missing the World" sends a message to smartphone addicted teens, and "When We Could See for Miles" (reworked 1990s track from my vault) paints a picture of concern for our planet. "Early 80s" taps Michael’s memories growing up in the 80s and "Passage 21 (another reworked 1990s track) is about a fictional watering hole. There’s something for everyone!
